SHIPPING & RETURNS

Damaged Products:  Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 3 business days of delivery.

Our products are top quality merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you may not be happy with something you purchased. You can return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery (excluding personalized and custom signs).

• Personalized and Custom signs cannot be returned as they are considered "special order".

• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages (when returned).

• If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will cover the cost of the return shipping.

• Returned merchandise must be in new, unused, sell-able condition, packed in original box with all parts and all original packaging materials.

How to return:

• To return an item, please email customer service at kegskustommetalworks@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided, and mail your return the following address
